I’m so excited to share Emma’s senior portrait session today! This was actually the first senior session of the summer, and a great start to the Class of 2026 senior season! We were able to include a little bit of everything in this shoot - keep reading for more!

Lily’s senior session was a beautiful mix of elegance, music, and personality! From formal portraits with her trumpet at First Baptist to a cozy creekside set with her guitar (and her sweet corgi, Cookie!). See all the gorgeous locations, floral touches, and personal details that made this Class of 2026 session so special.

Maggie’s senior portrait session was a dreamy summer afternoon filled with sunshine, soft colors, and lots of sweet little surprises like bunnies, turtles, ducks, and geese! Maggie is a Class of 2026 senior at Opelika High School, and her session was the perfect mix of soft, fun, and adventurous!

Class of 2025 senior Ava had a super memorable spring senior portrait session at Callaway Gardens before she graduated from Auburn High School, and I’m not sure how I haven’t shared this whole session yet! So many awesome highlights from the azalea trail to the butterfly gardens and even a beach scene!!

Trace brought a lot of cool elements to his senior portrait session! Featuring his track and cross country gear and medals, a sharp suit, and a classic casual outdoor set at Chewacla State Park, this session had a little bit of everything and I love how everything turned out!

Wyatt was one of the first seniors I had the chance to photograph this summer and we had a great time! We kept things simple with just a couple outfits and 2 locations - Auburn High School, and a cool bridge in Opelika! Highlights of this session: incorporating Wyatt’s football gear and letterman jacket at the school, getting a sneak peek of what graduation will feel like with a handful of cap and gown shots, and previewing Wyatt’s future plans to attend Auburn University! I really enjoyed hanging out with this awesome senior and hope the best for his Senior Year!

Bailey’s senior session was everything a photographer dreams of: creative, personal, full of heart, and a little whimsical. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know her more over the past few years as she’s assisted me on a few photo sessions. With her quiet confidence and warm, easygoing personality, she’s one of those people who just instantly clicks with everyone. I was so excited to have her step in front of the camera herself!

Team photos can be a tricky task to check off of the office to-do list, but the East Alabama Dental group was ready to make it happen! On a Friday morning, their whole staff gathered to update photos - both individual headshots and group photos of everyone together as well as subgroups like assistants, dentists, and office staff that work closely to make sure things run smoothly for the practice.

The Miss Alabama pageant just wrapped up, and I’m still beaming with pride for the incredible women I had the honor of photographing this year! Preparing headshots for several of the 2025 candidates was such a privilege, and watching their hard work come to life on the big stage, even from afar, was an absolute joy.

I’ll be honest, I am not sure that I anticipated bringing in heirloom portrait photography to my list of services so soon after added newborn photography as a new service….but here we are! Jillian wanted to celebrate her sweet baby Reese’s first year with a special timeless studio portrait session, and this bright clean studio setup was just what they needed!

A huge congratulations is in order for our most recent Auburn University graduates, 3 of whom I was able to meet with on campus for some memorable graduation sessions! Liv, Charlie, and Connor were perfect clients with such amazing and unique stories!

Earlier this spring, I had the joy of co-hosting a dance mini session day alongside Stacy Young and Variations Studio in preparation for their upcoming production of The Lion King. With Stacy directing the movement and me behind the lens, we were able to capture powerful moments that reflected the heart and strength behind each dancer!

When Tamela and I were seated together at a women’s luncheon, we met for the first time and she told me she couldn’t believe it! She was just on my website that morning as part of a search for a photographer to help her launch her brand - The Market @ Lake Martin! What followed has just been the most fun experience!

It seems appropriate to start the first week after Easter with the sweetest newborn photo session feature! Longtime followers and friends will know that one of my favorite hair and makeup artists, Tori Mejia just welcomed her first baby to her family! Tori has become a trusted friend and it was an honor to capture some precious moments of her baby Blythe in a traditional heirloom style.

I recently had the joy of spending time with The Exceptional Foundation of East Alabama to share a little bit about photography—specifically, how to make your photos more creative with lighting, color, poses, expressions, and props! After a fun and interactive presentation, we wrapped things up with a casual fun photoshoot!

This Destin Florida sibling session with Hannah and Lily was a perfect mix of adventure, artistry, and fun! I’m looking forward to wherever my next destination session adventure will take me! Will it be with you?! Let’s talk!

I’m excited to share the results from this recent office headshots project with Pivotal Finance in Auburn Alabama! This was a really long distance trip for me - the Pivotal building is a whole two parking lots down East University from my studio :) But seriously, it was really great to be able to provide these updated headshots for a neighboring business!

Working with this dedicated team was truly a rewarding experience. Their commitment to patient care shines through in every interaction, and I’m thrilled to see these images support their mission.

There’s something extra special about photographing an old friend! Carson and I haven’t seen each other since college, so when she reached out about capturing her growing family, I was beyond excited. She and her husband Drew recently welcomed their third baby, sweet little George, and we celebrated with a cozy, love-filled family session in the studio.
