Introducing Pet Portrait Sessions
I’m thrilled to be announcing Pet Portrait Sessions! If you’re a pet lover like myself, I know this announcement will get you excited. If you know me or I have ever been to your house and you have any kind of pet, you know I LOVE animals.
If you’ve ever wanted to immortalize your furry, feathered, or scaly friend in a frame-worthy masterpiece, you’re in the right place!
Unleashing Creativity
When it comes to pet portraits, there’s no shortage of fun and creative opportunities, both in and out of the studio. From tiny hamsters to majestic horses, and everything in between I’m ready to capture the unique personality of your pet. However, please note that for studio sessions, I’m focusing on pets dog-sized or smaller, for obvious reasons.
For those well-behaved boys and girls who love the spotlight, I will have a pet studio mini session option! In the studio, we’ll use professional lighting and a controlled environment to help your pet shine. These quick and lively sessions are ideal for capturing the essence of your pet’s personality, and will be best suited to trained and/or good tempered animals who can be easily guided into poses within a shorter timeframe. If your pet needs a little extra special attention, a custom session will be a better fit for you.
If you have a larger pet that needs space to roam, or just prefer an outdoor setting, I’ve got you covered. You can book your customized session, and we can make sure we have the perfect location to capture your beloved animal. A custom session is also a great opportunity to include non-pet family members too! (Some may just call this a regular family session :) but with a heavier focus on your animal(s)!)
Wish List Pets
While I’m excited to work with all types of animals, there are a few on my wish list that I’m particularly eager to photograph. I’m hoping to meet more spaniels like Gunner, who’s already left an indelible mark on my heart. Additionally, I’m on the lookout for a beautiful speckled horse, an exotic bird with vibrant plumage, a hairless cat with a personality as smooth as its skin, an incredibly fluffy cat that defies gravity, and a great dane with a heart as big as its paws. If you have one of these remarkable pets, I’d love to hear from you.
