Office Headshots 3 Ways!
As a headshot and branding photographer, I love being able to problem solve with clients to offer the best possible session options and photography solutions for their visual media/content needs! When it comes to headshots and group photos, here are the 3 most common ways to get it done and off your to-do list!!
Option 1: Studio Mini Sessions
For many businesses, getting the whole team in one place or together on one day for photos may be, as one of my clients described, “like nailing jello to a tree.” There is also always a conflict between needing a session to not take too long, but also making sure we get the quality results that will really set you apart in your industry/community. Don’t worry! There’s a great solution for you! With studio mini sessions for offices, we can set up individual appointment times for each staff member in the studio to be photographed in 2-3 outfits, which allows us to keep a consistent look across multiple days/times and we can catch everyone at their convenience! We can even make composite team photos from the individual shots! See below for a few examples! Extra bonus, Studio Mini Appointments can be scheduled with complimentary hair and/or makeup services by a professional artist so that everyone looks and feels their best and loves their photos!
Option 2: Custom On-Site Headshot and Team Branding
This option is a great way to make your photos personal to your business, and check off other photos on your marketing list at the same time! Individual and group headshots on-site are great to capture your company atmosphere and office branding, and we can also use the opportunity to get some “action shots” of you and your team, or photos of your space on its own for website banners/featured images and social media posts! Opportunities for multiple outfits, and hair and makeup services are also available for custom headshot and branding sessions!
Option 3: Corporate Headshots (In Studio or On-site)
Do you have a large team and just need simple, traditional, consistent, and professional looking photos for your team members, no group photos? A corporate headshot day may be the best fit for you! With minimal time per individual, these sessions are focused on efficiency for a high volume of subjects who may only need a single photo each.
