Auburn Fall Family Session

Fall is right around the corner and summer is the time to reserve those coveted fall session dates in advance! As you’re planning your own family photos this year, I wanted to take the opportunity to look back at a wonderful example of fall family portrait potential from 2022! The Abalos family put together some great cool autumn color palette outfits for a photoshoot at Chewacla State Park. Believe it or not, late November and early December are some of the best chances to catch a mix of fall color in the trees and leaves on the ground before winter fully takes over! This session took place on a beautiful crisp sunny December afternoon. I loved being able to spend time with everyone and witness/capture fun moments of interacting with each other, making each other laugh, and cuddling in close with big smiles for the camera!

After we finished taking family photos at Chewacla, the Abalos family and I headed back to the studio to capture a really unique and meaningful set of images of their family in traditional filipino clothing! I love the decision to include a personal element like this that honors their family history and culture. The colors and details were absolutely beautiful!

How can we customize the perfect family session for you this year?!
