One of my favorite things about being a senior portrait photographer is getting to know my models during the course of a session and throughout the year. Alannah, a member of the Auburn High School class of 2020, was no exception to this rule! She seems quiet at first, but after the shoot and getting to know her better, I realized she has a super adorable and goofy personality that is so endearing! Alannah’s love of bright colors helped make these photos pop almost as much as her personality. Alannah is so smart, a National Honor Society member, as well as a talented en pointe ballet dancer and baton twirler at Rising Starz Performing Arts Center of Auburn, and is also majorette for Auburn High School.
While planning her shoot, I discovered that she loves all things vintage, classic rock and roll from the likes of Billy Joel, Elton John, Queen, and The Beatles and, when she has some down time, she likes watching The Office (because, really, who doesn’t love The Office?). Her future plans include a career in health and nutrition, and possibly pharmacy school. I have no doubt that Alannah will do amazing things, no matter what path she chooses, and I can’t wait to see her succeed.
Alannah’s hair and makeup were beautifully done by Kara Pettit at Dimensions Salon (@dimensionsauburn) and our senior portrait session took us from Historic Downtown Opelika to the Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art, right in the heart of the Plains. Keep an eye out for more senior session recaps coming soon! #lbeesleyphoto #SeniorPortraitsAuburnSoutheast #AuburnSeniorPhotographer #AuburnSeniorPortraits #AuburnSeniorPictures
