I'm so excited to share Sophie's senior photos on the blog today! Sophie's family It's been a while since we did this session, and it has been a lot of fun remembering all the fun moments through these senior portraits and her senior film!
Sophie brought out the whole crew for her session - her mom and sister, one of her grandmothers, and her best friend and fellow Lauren Beesley Photography Senior Rep, Claire! We started the day with Hair and Makeup, and our girl Abbie Clayton did a fantastic job of helping Sophie achieve a natural but stunning look.
We were able to go to multiple locations for this session - the old University Inn and a some other Downtown Auburn spots, the Donald E Davis Arboretum, and the Julie Collins Smith Art Museum. I'll never get tired of these spots as a photographer because there are so many options and the looks can change by the season. Summer may be my favorite though, because of all the gorgeous flowers! Sophie really wanted to do photos when these were in bloom, and it was perfect despite the heat of June.
Also, no awesome senior session would be complete without some sweet outfits, so if you’re feeling inspired by this session, check out where they came from! Love all of these stores for senior styling.

I really loved that we were able to also capture Sophie's personality in her senior film. Every time I've seen Sophie, she has been positive and polite, excited about the experience whether it was planning or taking photos or seeing the finished results, and just generally fun and easy to be around. I am impressed with her maturity and with her whole family and the love they so clearly have for each other. So honored and blessed they chose me to be part of Sophie's senior year!
